We aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days.

Delivery times vary by product and supplier location, typically between 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on product pages.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mvretail@outlook.be and we'll look into it right away.

In accordance with EU consumer law, if we're unable to deliver within 30 days (or the agreed timeframe), you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
